Returns & Refunds Policy – The Messy CEO

At The Messy CEO, we create digital tools and resources with big brains (and full plates) in mind. We want you to feel confident and supported with every purchase—but also want to be clear about what you can (and can’t) return.

Digital Products (Like the Done List, Planners, Courses, etc.)

Once you download a digital product or access a course, it’s yours forever. Because these items can’t be “returned,” all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

But we get that life (and brains) are messy. If you:

  • Had a tech issue

  • Accidentally bought the wrong product

  • Didn’t receive your download link

Please email us at hello@themessyceo.com and we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Seriously. We’re not robots.

Physical Products (Coming Soon)

If we ship a physical item to you (like a printed workbook), we’ll have a clear return window and instructions on each product page. For now, our shop is digital-only.

Timeframe

  • For digital access issues or concerns: Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

  • For physical items (once available): You’ll have 14 days from delivery to reach out.

We Don’t Offer Refunds For:

  • Buyer’s remorse (we encourage thoughtful purchases!)

  • Not reading the product description (we keep it short and sweet!)

  • Incomplete downloads due to browser/device issues (but we’ll always help fix it)

 

But We DO:

  • Treat you like a real human

  • Read every support email personally

  • Believe in clear, guilt-free boundaries for both of us
