Welcome to The Messy CEO! We’re so glad you’re here.

Before you explore the tools, courses, downloads, and resources we’ve created for solopreneurs with delightfully messy brains, please take a few minutes to read the terms that guide how this site works.

By visiting our website, downloading a resource, making a purchase, or joining a course, you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree, that’s totally okay—but please don’t use the site.

 

1. Who We Are

This site is owned and operated by The Messy CEO, part of a creative brand dedicated to building ADHD-safe systems and supports for neurodivergent solopreneurs.

2. What You Can Expect

We offer:

  • Digital downloads like planners, checklists, and guides

  • Online courses with brain-friendly structures

  • Tools and tips for managing business life with ADHD

We do our best to provide clear descriptions and previews so you know exactly what you’re getting.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials—downloads, graphics, branding, course content, and website design—are the intellectual property of The Messy CEO.

Please don’t copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission. Sharing links = yes. Copy/pasting files = nope.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All digital product sales are final.

    (Because digital downloads can’t be “returned.”)

  • For physical products (when available), refund/return windows will be noted on the product page.

  • If something breaks or you need help accessing a purchase, email us. We’re reasonable humans. We’ll help.

5. Community Guidelines (aka Don’t Be a Jerk)

If you join one of our courses or communities:

  • Be kind, inclusive, and respectful.

  • No harassment, hate speech, or spam.

  • Violating these values may result in being removed without a refund.

6. Tech Stuff

We use tools like:

  • Shopify (to sell stuff)

  • Klaviyo (to email you stuff)

  • Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (to learn what’s working and make your experience better)

7. Updates & Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” at the top. If there’s a major change, we’ll let you know in plain English.

8. Disclaimers

We’re not doctors, lawyers, or therapists. Everything we share is based on lived experience and research, but it’s not medical or legal advice. Always consult a licensed professional if needed.

Also: Results may vary, and using our tools doesn’t guarantee success—but it will be more ADHD-friendly than that system that made you cry last time.
